General Retreat Information

How to Take a Class? Simply show up. You do not need to sign up for classes in advance; however, if the room is full, priority is given on a first come basis. After each class, please complete a class evaluation form and return it to the room greeter.

Need Props?
Props are available at class locations for your use. Please clean and neatly return all props to where you originally found them when finished.

Additional Notes

  • All classes designated by the orange YACEP symbol are eligible for Yoga Alliance (YA) CE credits.
  • In addition, the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) has approved special classes eligible for CE credits. These classes, like all scheduled classes, are open to all participants. These classes are designated by the blue IAYT CE symbol.
  • Classes displaying a diamond indicate a strong/challenging practice.  Be prepared to work, and rest anytime you need it.

Before you leave… Thank you for sharing your yoga journey with us – it has been an honor to have you. If you feel open to doing so, please take a moment to fill out our General Retreat Evaluation and leave it for us in the collection box downstairs in the AYC. We appreciate your kind comments and thoughtful suggestions for next year’s retreat. Thank you!
