Noshin Jamal

Noshin Jamal is the owner of Blue Anjou Yoga Studio, an RYT 500 yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and Master-level Sound Healing Facilitator. Following a life-altering car accident in 2021, she turned to yoga and vibrational therapy to restore somatic trust, transforming her recovery into the catalyst for her life’s work.
Rooted in a lifelong contemplative practice that began with meditation at age three, Noshin completed her initial yoga training at Blue Anjou before traveling to Bali for an intensive 300-hour program at the Bali Yoga School. Certified at the Master level in both Reiki and Sound Healing, she specializes in using sound and vibration to support emotional healing and nervous system regulation.
In her immersive sound baths, Noshin blends the grounding resonance of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, tingsha bells, shamanic drums, rain discs, Koshi wind chimes, and vocal toning to create deeply restorative experiences that invite relaxation, meditation, and inner transformation.

Harmonizing Movement and Sound: Integrating Mantra into Your Practice (IAYT-CE)
This immersive workshop explores how the resonance of sacred sounds (mantras) can enhance your physical experience of the postures and expand your breath and pranic body to create a holistic experience that nurtures both body and mind. A short lecture on the origins and significance of mantras and how they can be used to focus the mind and elevate your practice will provide a firm foundation for a guided asana practice that creates a seamless flow between breath, mantra, and movement. Gain insights on how to design a personalized practice that integrates asana, pranayama and mantra, supporting your unique spiritual journey towards balance and inner peace.
