We are happy that you want to join us for the retreat this year! Before clicking the Register button below, please take time to read this important information. Anyone planning to attend the retreat (Participants, Presenters, and Ambassadors) needs to complete a registration form. We need a separate registration for each person attending the retreat in order to collect your emergency and medical information.

Please note: Please note: Registrations must be received by noon on October 12th. We cannot accept any registrations after this date, either online or in-person.

Your registration fee covers all classes and special events at the retreat plus all meals during retreat hours. It does not include overnight accommodations or your commuter fee (if you are commuting instead of staying overnight at the ashram) or extras like massages or gift shop purchases.

Overnight Rooms are for 2 nights and rates (listed in the table below) range from ($240 to $350 for 2 nights) $120 to $175 per person, per night. Overnight guests can opt for either a private (en suite) bath or a common bath. Private baths are connected to your bedroom, while common baths are a short walk from your room with large, gender-specific facilities that have several sinks, private showers, and private toilets. All overnight rooms are on the 2nd floor, except for those rooms designated with a private bath There are a limited number of private baths, so if you would like a private bath, be sure to register early as they sell out quickly. .

Rooms are assigned first come, first serve, by the date/time the registration is received. Consider submitting your registration early in order to secure your preferred accommodation. Private and 2-person bedrooms with private bathrooms sell out quickly.

Please note: Discount codes must be applied during registration. They cannot be added retroactively.

Be sure to read our Cancellation Policy thoroughly so that everything is clear in the event of any unexpected changes. After reading, click the tiny box on the first line at the top of the registration form. Fill out the rest of the form and click “Register”.
