Jerome Shaw

Jerome Shaw is a lifelong student, Qi Gong teacher, Pranic living practitioner, and author dedicated to exploring and sharing the depths of holistic wellness and spiritual growth. He writes on Breatharianism and Pranic living, drawing on his own study of breath and life force energy to explore the body’s energy systems and their potential.
Jerome teaches as part of the weekly Qi Gong rotation at Shuniya Yoga Collective in Austin, where classes focus on clearing the mind, regulating emotion, and activating the body’s energy channels through breath-synced movement.

This immersive workshop explores how the resonance of sacred sounds (mantras) can enhance your physical experience of the postures and expand your breath and pranic body to create a holistic experience that nurtures both body and mind. A short lecture on the origins and significance of mantras and how they can be used to focus the mind and elevate your practice will provide a firm foundation for a guided asana practice that creates a seamless flow between breath, mantra, and movement. Gain insights on how to design a personalized practice that integrates asana, pranayama and mantra, supporting your unique spiritual journey towards balance and inner peace.
