Donna Belk

Donna Belk is a Texas-based end-of-life coach, certified Life-Cycle Celebrant, home funeral guide, and longtime yoga teacher whose work explores the intersection of conscious living and conscious dying. She has studied yoga and meditation for more than twenty-five years and became a certified yoga teacher through Yoga House in Austin.

Donna is the creator of Restorative Flow Yoga — a deeply nourishing style using gentle, repetitive, rocking movements designed to reduce stress, support healing, and cultivate subtle awareness, especially suited for those experiencing chronic illness, grief, fatigue, limited mobility, or emotional overwhelm. She is also a co-founder of the Texas Yoga Retreat and Free Day of Yoga Austin, programs created to make yoga accessible and community-centered.

Her end-of-life work empowers families to make informed, meaningful choices around after-death care, ceremonies, home funerals, grief support, and advance planning. Donna’s path into this calling began with the loss of her father when she was sixteen — an experience that inspired a lifelong commitment to helping others find more personal, participatory, and healing approaches to dying and remembrance. Her work is grounded in the belief that death need not be hidden or feared, but met with presence, compassion, and care.
