Labyrinth Walking or Tracing as a Tool in Yoga Therapy
The ancient practice of walking labyrinths is a powerful tool for mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and spiritual connection. As you walk, the breath deepens, the mind quiets, and the body settles, opening space for clarity and inner listening. Because the experience engages body, breath, mind, emotion, and spirit, labyrinth walking touches all five koshas, offering a holistic framework for healing and integration. You’ll learn the basic structure and purpose of a labyrinth, experience guided practices firsthand, and explore adaptations and therapeutic applications for both groups and individuals.
