Gurudhan Khalsa

Gurudhan Khalsa has been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga since 1971, bringing over five decades of experience to his classes. His teaching emphasizes the physiological effects of Kundalini energy through the lens of ancient Chinese energy meridian systems and breath technology, and how both affect the nervous system and glands. Gurudhan has taught in New York City, Los Angeles, and Austin, and currently teaches regular weekly Kundalini classes at Shuniya Yoga Collective. His classes combine a strong physical practice, deep relaxation, and closing meditation to elevate body, mind, and soul. When he’s not teaching, Gurudhan can usually be found outdoors most mornings on a run or walk, and shares his home with his two cats.
