The Cycle of Infinity
Brahman (the one without a second) is classically defined by the infinity symbol. In this talk, Bergmann will draw on his extensive knowledge of yoga philosophy and its practical application to explore the cycle of infinity and how it shows up in everything from breath to death, from mindfulness to ordinary moments. The talk is open to anyone who is interested in exploring the deeper aspects of life.

The Expansion of Fascia
Wake up gently and expand your fascia with a combination of yoga positions and breathing. This class is based on the twofold translation of pranayama as the control (yama) and expansion (ayam) of life force (prana), and on Bergmann’s deep understanding of fascial anatomy. The class should serve as a recovery after a weekend of hard classes and a wonderful beginning to the last day of the retreat.
