Christina Cohee is a certified yoga therapist whose path into this work began through her own healing journey — using yogic tools and principles of neuroplasticity to free herself from more than a dozen chronic conditions after 20 years of illness. She holds degrees in Studio Art, Anthropology, and Spanish from UT Austin and credentials in Restorative Yoga and Yoga for 12-Step Recovery.
Christina has been practicing yoga for decades and now teaches public classes, sees private clients, serves as Assistant Program Director and faculty member at Practice School of Yoga Therapy in Austin, and mentors yoga teachers and yoga therapists in training. She works especially with students navigating burnout, trauma, chronic illness, and other hard-to-diagnose symptoms, bridging nervous system science with embodied practice to help clients befriend their bodies and live from their own wholeness.
