Trauma Informed Yoga: Use This Time to Process 2024 Thus Far And/Or To Rest
This session is unlike most yoga sessions, we are set up very differently in the room. The atmosphere will be muted and gentle. Use this time to process or just rest. You will be guided to feel into the pose, observe your senses, think, journal, go deeper. We are blessed in current time to be in a very dynamic life, full of wonderful choices. In this session, we are slowing down to the Yin side, holding the poses. “Support precedes Action”, you will be guided with options
to use props to create a safe container for your body to untangle. Vibrational Sound Tools will carry you deeper, played very melodic, to take you into deeper states. Such a beautiful session to feel safe and contained. Journaling is welcome throughout our time. We will have a deep rest at the end to move into the deeper states of healing and letting go. Any level, all are welcome and encouraged.
Side note: we ask that you enter the session quietly and leave quietly. Please leave phones behind or placed away and turned off.
Any level, 50% Asana, 25% Pranayama, 25% Meditation
