Now in its 24th year, the Texas Yoga Retreat is an authentic yoga and meditation retreat held at a beautiful ashram in the Texas Hill Country just 20 minutes southwest of downtown Austin.

The retreat is suitable for all levels, from beginning yoga students to seasoned practitioners and teachers. The schedule is set up like a conference, with a variety of class options from which to choose throughout the day and evening. Enjoy gentle classes, meditation, breathwork, and chanting, or more challenging classes that push you to your edges. Some practices are the delicate balance between. Do as much or as little as you would like; your time is your own and no class, meal, or activity is mandatory. Enjoy free time to sleep, chat over coffee or tea with new friends, and stroll the magnificent grounds (200+ acres with plenty of walking trails) of Radha Madhav Dham ashram.

All classes are in-person with residential options available for those who wish to stay overnight on site to make it a truly deep, yogic immersion experience. If you can swing it, we recommend staying on site to truly relax and let the layers peel away to reveal your true heart and authentic nature. The food is always a highlight and is prepared on site by professional chef Jo and her crew. Delicious, vegetarian, gluten free, nourishing, and filling. You won’t want to leave!

The Texas Yoga Retreat qualifies for both Yoga Alliance and International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) continuing education units (CEU’s) for yoga teachers. We also provide additional for-fee services such as massages, henna tattoos and vendors.
