Stephanie Samuels

Stephanie Samuels has had a lifelong passion for all things tea, a love that began in childhood when her mother gifted her a little red and white table with four matching chairs. What started as daily high tea at that table evolved into something much more profound. Tea became a lifelong companion and a reflective teacher, laying the foundation for her deep interest in meditation, yoga, and wellness.

As a health and wellness professional, Stephanie’s teaching is deeply informed by her own daily practice and over 25 years of experience in the wellness industry. She is a Level 1 MBSR Certified teacher, Kripalu Yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, licensed Massage Therapist, tea educator, budding Herbalist, and a lifelong student of contemplative studies.

Stephanie currently owns a wellness studio in Round Rock, where she offers a range of services including massage therapy, holistic skincare, tea tasting experiences, one-on-one movement sessions, and online MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) classes. Her accreditations include Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Aesthetician, Kripalu Yoga Certification, Peak Pilates Comprehensive Certification, Watsu Practitioner, MBSR Teacher Level I Certification through Brown University, and Tea Educator.
