After 35 years of therapeutic massage, training, and service, my work has evolved into an integration of musculoskeletal and neuro-energetic alignment. My practice spans orthopedics, neurological dysfunction, chronic pain, sports recovery, prenatal and geriatric massage, and hospice care.
As part of a embodiment program my focus is to bring the nervous system into coherence with structural alignment—calming the mind while restoring optimal body mechanics. This approach draws on decades of study in trauma resolution, chronic disease management, and performance optimization.
From adolescence I sensed a natural gift for therapeutic touch, one that matured through occupational therapy certification and years of clinical and educational experience. At the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School & Clinic, I lectured on geriatric massage, bridging functional rehabilitation with restorative bodywork—a subject shared in the video
“Never Too Old for Touch.”
Over the last few decades I have refined specialized myoskeletal and neuromyofascial techniques, earning Master Myoskeletal Therapist certification through the Freedom from Pain Institute. In partnership with Body Logic, I now offer state-of-the-art embodied therapies that unite energetic, emotional, physical, and mental alignment.
This year at the Texas Yoga Retreat, I am honored to present the results of my research into vibration, binaural beats, and light energy—uniting contemporary neuroscience with the contemplative wisdom of yoga. Each session provides skilled, therapeutic touch designed to entrain the nervous system into deep rest, coherence, and renewal.
