After 35 years of therapeutic massage, training and service, my work has evolved to integrate musculoskeletal and neuro-energetic alignment. My experience spans a wide range of settings, including orthopedics, neurological dysfunction, sports massage, prenatal massage, geriatric massage, hospice and more.
I am part of a body mind integration program where we aim to deliver a balanced approach to calm the mind and align the body. This collaboration utilizes my knowledge of trauma, chronic disease, and optimal performance. If your body requires alignment, I believe my expertise and skill can make a meaningful impact. I have a natural giftedness for therapeutic touch and am also certified in occupational therapy, expanding the scope of my knowledge.
In time I realized my gift should focus on the human body and it’s alignment. Lecturing at the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School & Clinic after graduation specifically about geriatric massage, bridging my occupational therapy work life with my massage therapy practice and knowledge. In the last decade, providing in clinic, at home, and on site senior massage, I’ve continued to seek out the best myoskeletal techniques and practice. Now I am a Master Myoskeletal Therapist certified by the Freedom from Pain institute. A recent partnership with Body Logic allows state of the art embodied therapy that addresses energetic, emotional, physical, and mental alignment.
This year at the Texas Yoga retreat it will be my honor to share the decades long results of my study into vibration, binaural, beats and light energy, while offering the highest level skilled touch to provide you the best rest and lightest being for a quality of life upgrade.
