Celeste has dedicated her life to helping others awaken, remember & reclaim their most potent purpose for being on this planet.

She is a professionally certified Kundalini & Prenatal Yoga teacher (2005, Guru Rattana, San Diego, CA) and a second 200 hour certification (2010) with internationally recognized yogis Ravi Singh & Ana Brett.  She also has a 200 hour Hatha yoga Certification from Yoga Spirit Academy (2008).

Kundalini 101 – MindBodySpirit Tune Up
This is a basic introduction to KY and a nice overview of the reason it is called the Mother Yoga & the Yoga of Awareness. Experience the fast acting, long lasting effects of Kundalini Yoga as we merge asana with breath, movement and chanting. You will learn the most well-known mantra (with the most scientific studies to back it) that helps cleanse the subconscious and bring total mental balance to the psyche.

Embodied Healing Energy
It has been said, you must FEEL it to HEAL it and this session will inspire transformation on a tangible level. Think self-healing reiki, sacred circle, tarot reading, + dance party and sound bath meets yoga class! Celeste facilitates an opportunity to identify and release stagnant energy, receive an empowered view that re-frames dis-ease while giving you tools to be your own best healer.

Revelation & Integration
Join Celeste for a powerful group insight and integration session to help create closure and an “action & accountability plan” to take the wisdom we gained ‘out of the ashram and into the world.’
Pulling from her decades of leading women’s circles, she will curate a sanctuary experience incorporating Kundalini Yoga, breath, dance, goddess wisdom, chant and meditation +sound. You will have an opportunity to hear and share experiences, build a collective alter and are encouraged to bring your journal and one thing to add to our community alter during the class!
