Carla Bazemore, E-RYT 500, has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 3 decades. She has several yoga certifications including an 800hr certification in Yoga Philosophy and Practice. She was the owner of Yoga Lotus, Inc. a yoga studio in Houston. Currently she teaches Ashtanga Yoga and wide range of yoga at Stone Co yoga studio in College Station TX. She also holds a certification in Thai Yoga Bodywork.

Asana Fun
In this class you will open and awaken your whole body, leaving you feeling balanced, energized, and ready to greet the day. You’ll stretch out commonly tense areas like the quads, hip flexors, chest, and shoulders as we move through the asanas and intentional breathing to help open and release those areas.
Blocks and Belt will be used.
Intensity 5 – Beginner to Intermediate
85% Asana, 5% Lecture, 5% Meditation, 5% Pranayama

Flow and Glow
Explore your physical and mental edge with Flow and Glow class.
This is a vinyasa class which will take you through various powerful dynamic movements to help strengthen your body, improve mobility and flexibility. You might learn new poses such as arm balances and variations.
Expect to sweat, be challenged, and grow. We will end the practice with breathing and a short meditation. Blocks optional. Bring a towel!
Intensity 8-10 – Experienced (seasoned yoga practitioners)
