General Retreat Information

How to Take a Class?

Simply show up. You do not need to sign up for classes in advance; however, if room is full, priority is given on first come basis. After each class, please complete a class evaluation form and return it to the room greeter.

Need Props?

Props are available at class locations for your use. Please clean and neatly return all props to where you originally found them when finished.

Emergency?

Emergency information is posted in guest bedrooms and inside of each classroom.

Call 911 first, then notify ashram security with your exact location so they can direct emergency services to you.

The Registration Desk downstairs in AYC is your go to place for retreat questions, lost and found, etc.
