General Registration Information – Please read before registering

You’ll find the registration forms at the bottom of the page, but before going there, please take time to read this important information. Anyone planning to attend the retreat (Participants, Presenters, and Ambassadors) needs to complete a registration form which you will find below. There are 6 different form options. Please choose the appropriate form based on the type of registrant you are (Participant, Presenter, or Ambassador) and whether you need accommodations or not. We need a separate registration for each person attending the retreat in order to collect your emergency and medical information.

Overnight Rooms are for 2 nights and rates (listed in the table below) range from $120 to $165 per night. Overnight guests can opt for either a private (en suite) bath or a common bath. Private baths are connected to your bedroom, while common baths are a short walk from your room with large, gender-specific facilities that have several sinks, private showers, and private toilets.

Rooms are assigned first come, first serve, by the date/time the registration is received. Consider submitting your registration early in order to secure your preferred accommodation. Private and 2-person bedrooms with private bathrooms sell out quickly. The registration form asks for your first and second choices for both bedroom and bathroom so that, in the event your first choice is not available, we can place you in another accommodation. We try our best to meet your first preference, but if it is sold out, we will automatically place you in your second choice. For example, If you sign up for a private bathroom but we don’t have any available, we may need to move you to a common bath.

Be sure to read our Cancellation Policy thoroughly so that everything is clear in the event of any unexpected changes. After reading, click the tiny box on the first line at the top of the registration form. Fill out the rest of the form and click “Register”.

Zelle is a free, confidential and very easy way to make bank to bank funds transfers to friends and businesses. It is supported by almost all of the larger banks. Texas Yoga would appreciate payments being made by Zelle if possible so that we are not charged credit card fees. Log on to your bank today to see if they support Zelle. You may have a daily limit on the funds that your bank allows to be sent each day via Zelle. If you send us a payment from Zelle and the bank will not let it go through, call your bank to see if there is a daily limit on transactions. You are welcome to send us half of the payment today and the remaining balance tomorrow.

The Small Print: Discounts are applied toward full retreat weekend fees only and do not apply to day passes, commuter fees, early arrivals, on site stay after the retreat ends, meals prior to or after the retreat. Cannot be combined with other discounts and do not apply to massages, henna tattoos, gift shop purchases, or any other fees.
