Dynamic Yoga
The term “asana” originally referred to a steady posture. However, much of modern yoga has shifted away from this original intent to emphasize health benefits. While flow sequences are popular, this class will take a different approach by exploring the dynamics of both limbering exercises and static postures. We will focus on exaggerating small movements to create a dynamic experience.
