Tracie (Padma Shakti) E-RYT 500, is the founder and Yoga Studies Director for Rasa Yoga, Winner of Houston’s Best Yoga Studio for 3 years. Rasa Yoga’s Teacher Training is often referred to as “The Harvard of Yoga Studies.” She is committed to successfully creating a yoga community that is sustainable and supported by all of its members. Padma envisions a model for the bigger world of a truly functional group of people sincerely devoted to quality of life; that we might demonstrate compassion, mutual support collaborative evolution and creation are a reality, aligned with worldly success. Her ability to effectively disseminate the yoga teachings, leading students toward a more excellent quality of life and more subtle awareness and understanding in life, is made possible by her study and love of these great beings: Dr. David Hoch, Lex Gillian, Reverend Karen Tudor, Rodney Yee, Erich Schiffman, Shiva Rea, David Frawley, and Swami Atma. Her current studies are influenced mostly by Sandra Summerfield Kozak, Master Jason Campbell, Rod Stryker, Dr. Stephen Philips (Swamiji), Rasa Yoga Sangha, Intuition and God. Tracie holds certifications from the Yoga Institute, International Yoga Studies & is a Certified Zen Business Bootcamp Instructor.

Treating Grief, Anxiety and Depression with Vichara Yoga
This workshop will explore the five obstacles to happiness and joy. Tracie will share how she uses practices from Vichara Yoga to help her clients find answers, solutions, and releases from grief, anxiety and depression. Learn how to help your clients turn their paradigm around from sabotaging to supporting their desires and highest aspirations. After taking us through an experiential process to better understand this work, Tracie will take questions and facilitate discussion of how we can use this work to better serve our clients.
