Sanieh Patricia teaches a very fluid, liquid-like yoga flow that is heavily inspired by full-bodied, breath-driven movement and devotion in motion. With over 1,000 actual teacher training hours, more than 4,500 class hours taught and countless hours of ongoing workshops, retreats and intensives, her ever-evolving practice is one shared from joy, honesty, humor and love. Her multi-level classes are sure to leave your heart feeling opened, satisfied and alive.

Living Yoga and Anxiety
An experiential approach to working with the nervous system where it relates to general anxiety specifically. Moving from her own practices in living with Anxiety, Sanieh will share the physiology of chronic stress in the body, how to recognize and respond to our anxious triggers in a healthier, self-serving way and therapeutic+mindfulness approaches to discharging excess stress/anxiety from the body.

Body Prayer
An incredibly fluid, liquid asana experience highlighting the breath, perhaps the most dependable means we have in assisting the grounding of our nervous system thus our conscious return to “center.” This class is designed to reveal the positive affects of nervous system regulation and regeneration through breath-informed, water-like movement and slowing everything way down.

Pranamaya Kosha- Hearing and Healing the Life Force Body
At some point in the season of our studentship, our practice shifts from external striving to a longing for internal resonance, solace and grounding. We experience these qualities by developing awareness to the somatic body and intuitive navigation system via. This practice will have an emphasis on varying queuing, designed to inspire the practitioner to search inward and receive the messages the body is speaking.
